I'm not sure if you all know, but for those using Windows based computers and want an easy way to search rosters without reading through every single name, this is a MAJOR time saver. Real life application, if you are searching for a minors player, you can simply open a roster that is saved for each team and once it's open, press the Ctrl key in bottom left of your keyboard and at the same time hit the F key (Ctrl + F). It will open a search box. Simply type in the player name and it will highlight any names that match on the page. If nothing comes up, you know that team doesn't have that player. Sometimes the search will return more than one player. If you type in "John" it will pull up all players with John in their first AND last name...so you could get some guys named John and some named Johnson. Anyway, since we keep 10 different pages of minors guys it may speed up your searches when trying to locate guys.

This also makes it important to try and spell names correctly! Ctrl+F is a big time saver though!!!
