Under the Roster Management for rookies, the terms "exceeded" and "reached" are being used interchangeably. The two words do not mean the same thing, so my question is which is the correct terminology in that section. Are players still considered minor leaguers if they are at 129 AB/49 2/3 IP, or 130 AB/50 IP?

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner By MLB standards, once a player has reached 130 AB, they are no longer a rookie. If someone with 130 AB is taken off your MLB roster, they are fair game to all.
